Silver Bail Attached

The base glass is black Bullseye 90 COE art glass and topped with white Bullseye 90 COE art glass.  A beautiful piece of  Dichroic Glass is added for the sun. This is all hand painted by me Brenda Miller. All of my painted ladies are signed and dated.
