Silver Bail Attached

The base glass is black Bullseye 90 COE art glass and topped with white Bullseye 90 COE art glass.  A beautiful piece of blue and green Dichroic Glass is added for the bodice of her dress.   She has beautiful leaf and berry  crown.  This is all hand painted by me Brenda Miller. All of my painted ladies are signed and dated.
