The base glass is black Bullseye 90 COE art glass and topped with white Bullseye 90 COE art glass. Her eyes are blue and she has black hair.  A beautiful piece of Dichroic Glass is the moon.  This is all hand painted by me Brenda Miller. All of my painted ladies are signed and dated.
