Silver Tube Bail

The base glass is black Bullseye 90 COE art glass and topped with white Bullseye 90 COE art glass.  Beautiful blue background sets the stage for this little mermaid and her friend the Sea Horse.  This is all hand painted by me Brenda Miller. All of my painted ladies are signed and dated.
