Silver Bail Attached

The base glass is black Bullseye 90 COE art glass and topped with white Bullseye 90 COE art glass.  A beautiful piece of Blue/Green Dichroic Glass is added at the bottom for the water. This is all hand painted by me Brenda Miller. All of my painted ladies are signed and dated.
