Silver Bail Attached

The base glass is black Bullseye 90 COE art glass and topped with white Bullseye 90 COE art glass. Her eyes are bluish green and the bodice of her dress is a piece of beautiful blue/green Dichroic Glass.  This is all hand painted by me Brenda Miller. All of my painted ladies are signed and dated.
