The base glass is black Bullseye 90 COE art glass and topped with white Bullseye 90 COE art glass. Her eyes are teal and she has long white hair.  She is accented with white dots framing her beautifully.  This is all hand painted by me Brenda Miller. All of my painted ladies are signed and dated.
