Silver Bail will be attached

The base glass is black Bullseye 90 COE art glass and a beautiful piece of blue rainbow dichroic glass that accents the top and side,then topped with white Bullseye 90 COE art glass. Her eyes are blue and she has gray hair.  This is all hand painted by me Brenda Miller. All of my painted ladies are signed and dated.
