The base glass is black Bullseye 90 COE art glass and topped with white Bullseye 90 COE art glass. Her eyes are brown, she has brown hair and a blue paisley head band.  The moon is a beautiful piece of dichroic glass.  This is all hand painted by me Brenda Miller. All of my painted ladies are signed and dated.
