The base glass is black Bullseye 90 COE art glass and topped with white Bullseye 90 COE art glass.  Blonde hair, hazel eyes, sea of blue and wearing a starfish necklace.   This is all hand painted by me Brenda Miller. All of my painted ladies are signed and dated.
