Silver Bail will be attached

The base glass is black Bullseye 90 COE art glass and topped with white Bullseye 90 COE art glass. Her eyes are green and she has reddish brown hair.  The moon is a piece of dichroic glass.   This is all hand painted by me Brenda Miller. All of my painted ladies are signed and dated.
